Balsamic-Mustard Glazed Chicken
Yields 2-4 servings
Ingredients
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of rosemary
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, up until the chicken.
3. Toss chicken in the mustard mixture and place in a roasting pan.
4. Bake chicken for an hour, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
